Remodeled primary bathroom in Houston with a freestanding tub and a large window

Champions · Willowbrook · Cypress · Spring · Tomball

“Bathroom remodeling in Houston, start to finish.”

Full bathroom, kitchen and whole-home remodels for North Houston. One crew from the first drawing to the last tile. Since 2017.

Why 832

A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the hardest to get right. Plumbing, tile, glass, light and storage all have to meet in a few square feet.

We have been remodeling bathrooms around Champions, Willowbrook and Cypress since 2017. Most calls start the same way: a builder-grade bath from the nineties, a garden tub nobody uses, and a shower that was never big enough.

We design and build with one crew. The person who measures your room sets the schedule, orders the tile and is there on day one. Nothing gets lost between a designer and a contractor, because there is no handoff.

Bathrooms are where we started. Kitchens and whole-home remodels followed, because the same clients kept asking.

Since 2017. Houston and the north side.

01 — What we do most

Bathroom Remodeling

Primary baths, hall baths and powder rooms, taken down to the studs and rebuilt. We move walls and plumbing when the layout calls for it, build curbless showers with linear drains, and set large-format tile straight. Freestanding tubs, wall-hung vanities, lit niches and glass cut to the opening, not the other way round.

Most of our bathroom work is in two-story houses from the eighties and nineties around Champions, Klein and Cypress. The rooms are big enough; the plans are not. We fix the plan.

02 — Open plans

Kitchen Remodeling

Open-plan kitchens for houses in Klein, Spring and Tomball that still have the original galley. We take out the wall, run the island where the traffic allows it, and build the cabinets to the ceiling. Quartz or stone, panel-ready appliances, a real pantry and lighting in layers.

03 — The whole plan

Whole-Home Remodeling

Whole-home remodels for houses worth keeping: a 1990s two-story in Champions with a good lot and a bad floor plan. We rework the plan, open the main floor, and redo every bath and the kitchen on one schedule, with one point of contact and one calendar.

How it works

Getting started

Most remodels go wrong before anyone picks up a hammer. So the first three steps are about getting the plan and the budget right, in that order. You do not sign a build contract until you have both.

  1. 1 — Walk-through We come to the house, measure, look at the plumbing and the framing, and talk about what you want from the room.
  2. 2 — Design and selections A layout, elevations, and a tile and fixture list you can see and price. We revise until it is right.
  3. 3 — Fixed scope and schedule A written scope, a price and a calendar with a start and an end date. Changes are priced before they happen.
  4. 4 — The build One crew, one lead, daily cleanup, and a text every evening with what happened and what is next.
  5. 5 — Close-out We go through the room together, work off the punch list, and leave you the care sheet and the spare tile.

One crew, start to finish

The same people design it, price it and build it. You never hear "that was the other guy".

02

Built for how you live

A bath for two people getting ready at six in the morning is a different room from a guest bath. We ask first and draw second.

03

Straight lines, square corners

Large-format tile shows every flaw. We level the walls and floors before the first piece goes down, which is why the finish reads calm.

Everything else we build

All of it, bath to back yard.

Bathrooms are the focus. The same crew builds the rest of the house, so you never have to find a second contractor for the next job.

Questions

Things people ask first.

Finished powder room and hallway in natural light
How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A hall bath is usually three to four weeks on site. A primary bath with layout changes runs five to eight. Design and ordering happen before that, and we do not start demolition until the tile and fixtures are in our warehouse.

Do you do the design, or do I need my own designer?

We do the design. Layout, elevations, tile and fixture selections come from us, and you approve each piece before it is ordered. If you already have a designer, we build from their drawings.

Can you move walls and plumbing?

Yes. Most primary bath projects involve moving a wall, a drain or both. We open the floor and the framing where needed and put it back the way it should have been built.

Can we stay in the house during the work?

Almost always. We seal the work area, run dust control, protect the floors on the way to the door, and clean up every day. On whole-home jobs we stage the work so one bath and the kitchen stay usable as long as possible.

What does an estimate involve?

A visit to the house, about an hour. We measure, look behind the walls where we can, and talk through options. You get a range on the spot and a written scope after design.

Do you handle kitchens and whole-house remodels too?

Yes. Bathrooms are where we started and what we do most, but the same crew builds kitchens, additions and full-house remodels across Greater Houston.

Where we work

North Houston, mostly.

We work in a tight loop so the same crew can be at your house every day. If you are in Greater Houston and not on the list, call. If we can be there in thirty minutes, we can build it.
